1. Waiver & Liability Release
By participating in activities at SportsFest facilities, participants acknowledge and accept that sports activities, including the use of augmented reality simulators, involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injury, illness, and property damage.
Participants agree to:

Take full responsibility for their physical and medical conditions.

Abide by all facility rules and instructions provided by the staff.

Acknowledge that equipment such as bats, clubs, and balls can be dangerous if misused.

Waive all claims against SportsFest, its owners, staff, and affiliates for any injury, death, or property damage incurred during participation, regardless of negligence.
Alcohol Consumption
Participants consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older and are responsible for drinking responsibly. SportsFest reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual for safety reasons. SportsFest will not be held responsible for any incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
2. Emergency Treatment Authorization
Participants consent to receiving emergency medical treatment deemed necessary by certified professionals in the event of injury or illness. Participants are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
3. Media Release
By attending the event, participants grant SportsFest permission to use photos or videos taken during their visit for promotional purposes, without any compensation. Participants may opt out of media use by notifying staff prior to participation.
4. Cancellation Policy

Groups of 12 guest or less: Require 72 hours notice. If the group size decreases, charges can be reallocated with 4 days’ notice. No refunds will be given for cancellations outside of these periods.

Groups of over 12-19 guests: Require a 7 days notice for changes or cancellations. If the group size decreases, charges may be reallocated towards food and drinks with 24 hours’ notice.

Groups of 20 guests or more: Require 10 days’ notice. If the group size decreases, charges can be reallocated with 7 days’ notice. No refunds will be given for cancellations outside of these periods.

Walk-ins and On-site Purchases: No refunds are available for walk-ins or on-site purchases, except in the case of event cancellation by SportsFest.
5. Preorders & Minimum Spend

Pre Ordered items, including food and beverage packages, must be consumed on-site during the booking. Any remaining minimum spend must be used on the booking date. If group size decreases, unused places may be transferred to a bar tab with appropriate notice as per the cancellation policy.
6. Running Late Policy

Bookings will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Late arrivals may lose playtime, and no refunds will be offered.

Walk-ins: Customers without pre-booked slots are served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
7. Net Session Allocation and Durations

Groups are allocated session times on the augmented reality simulators based on their size, ranging from 30 to 120 minutes depending on the number of participants. Extensions may be granted subject to availability but will incur additional charges.
8. General Safety Rules

To ensure a safe environment, all participants must adhere to the following:

Proper attire, including closed-toe shoes, must be worn at all times.

Sharp objects or accessories that pose risks must be removed before participating in activities.

Follow the specific safety rules for each simulator activity (e.g., batting).

Alcohol consumption is prohibited during participation in simulator activities. Staff reserves the right to remove any participant under the influence from play.
9. Booking Adjustments and Refunds

Adjustments: Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for groups of up to 12 guests, and 7 days for groups of 16 or more.

Refunds: Refunds are only available with notice provided under the cancellation policy. A 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Walk-ins: Refunds or adjustments are not available for walk-ins or on-site purchases.
10. Alcohol Service & Responsible Consumption

Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals over 21 years of age with valid identification.

SportsFest reserves the right to refuse service to any individual if deemed necessary for safety or legal reasons.

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
11. Payment & Methods

Online Purchases: Bookings for simulator sessions and food/beverage packages a deposit of $10 per person via the online booking platform. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other online payment services listed on the website.

On-site Purchases: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as additional food items, may be purchased on-site with cash or card.

No Refunds for Unused Time: Unused playtime or unclaimed food/beverage packages due to late arrival or no-shows will not be refunded.
12. Weather & Event Cancellation

In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances that require the cancellation of the event, customers will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, full refunds or rescheduled bookings will be offered.
13. Personal Property

SportsFest is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event. Participants are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.
14. Modifications to Terms
-
SportsFest reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website and will apply to all future bookings.
